Friday Morning Meditation and Gratitude Practice Series, September 2024
Interested in exploring what a conscious gratitude practice and gratitude-focused meditations could do for you? Or, maybe you already have a gratitude practice and would like to deepen it with meditation and the encouragement of community. Either way, you are warmly invited to sign up for my September guided meditation series focusing on gratitude!
What We’ll Do
During our online sessions, we’ll work with various meditation techniques to support our parasympathetic nervous system (the friendly rest-and-digest one) and to increase our awareness of the things in our lives for which we are grateful. Join me to experience how presence and gratitude can be beautiful companions!
Note: Unlike my past series, this series doesn’t center around tea. In one of the three sessions; however, participants will be invited to include water, tea, or another beverage of their choice.
When We’ll Meet
Session meetings are online on Friday mornings in September, beginning the second Friday of the month.
We meet from 8:00-8:30am EDT on: September 13, 20, and 27*
You are welcome to practice with your camera on or off–whatever works best for you!
You are heartily encouraged to attend the live sessions. I will provide a video of the main practices of each session within a day or two after. (People attending the live will not be recorded.) Videos will be available for two weeks after each session.
*Should Traci need to reschedule a session for an emergency (a very rare occurrence), the make-up date is Friday, October 4th.
