This rest kit includes resources to help you enjoy convenient, mindful, and restorative tea breaks. It centers on winter-focused themes.
The winter kit includes:

- Three sound experiences
The Winter Rest Kit for Tea Lovers provides resources via a password-protected webpage. It also includes a downloadable pdf of the main practices to facilitate tea time without technology.
Additionally, the kit comes with several “tea encouragements”–emails over the course of the winter, from me directly to you–to hopefully to brighten your day and inspire you to schedule restful tea sessions.

- $22 is the suggested rate
- $16 is for tea friends experiencing tight finances
- $28 is for tea friends in the position to support the reduced-rate price
Upon purchase, rest kits usually email within 24 hours, unless purchased on a major U.S. holiday. In that case, there may be a slight delay.
